  • Air dry when you can, and use a heat protectant before flat irons or curling wands.
  • Sleep in a silk or satin bonnet or scarf to prevent tangling and frizz.
  • Store it in a silk or satin bag between installs so you can wear it again.

  • Hair must be in its original packaging, unprocessed, with the weft and length uncut.

  • We don’t process exchanges — return the item for a refund and place a new order.
  • Return shipping is free with Redo Package Protection; otherwise it’s paid by you. Original shipping isn’t refunded.
