Due to the fact that our items are virtually purchased on the Internet, we have developed the following return and exchange policy for customer service purposes. Of course, we hope that you are happy with your selection. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

Money-Back Guarantee/Refund PolicyÂ
All uninstalled merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be refunded within 7 calendar days (for US Continental orders) or within 14 calendar days (for International or US military installation orders) from the original invoice date. All returned items MUST be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, i.e. packaging intact, hair unprocessed, weft and hair length uncut etc. Customers must inform GoNakedHair.com of any order discrepancy within 5 calendar days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
Canceling an OrderÂ
You may request that an order be canceled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply email info@gonakedhair.com during Naked Virgin Hair hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 5-7 business days. We do not take cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.Â
Although we provide a 100% hassle-free return policy for unused hair within 5 business days and considering the nature of our business here at Naked Hair we would absolutely appreciate if you can make all your questions and concerns clear before placing your order.
Each purchase is unique and has extenuating circumstances. Please contact our customer service first to resolve any discrepancies. If for any reason you must return your hair purchase, we will not be responsible for any returned package lost during the shipment, original post office receipt must be kept to claim the compensation. All returned packages must be insured. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges.
Shipping Protection & Lost Package Policy
GoNaked is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once an order leaves our facility.
We offer Redo Package Protection at checkout, which covers lost packages during transit. This protection does not cover stolen or damaged merchandise.
Without Redo coverage, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost orders. We are also not responsible for carrier delays or damages (USPS, FedEx, etc.), as these are beyond our control.
Packages marked as delivered are not eligible for claims. Only one claim per order is allowed, and filing a claim does not guarantee approval.
If you are shipping an item to us that is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donât guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
