- Wash with a sulfate-free shampoo and lukewarm water, then follow with a moisturizing conditioner.
- Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb or your fingers while the hair is wet.
- Air dry when you can, and use a heat protectant before flat irons or curling wands.
- Sleep in a silk or satin bonnet or scarf to prevent tangling and frizz.
- Store it in a silk or satin bag between installs so you can wear it again.

- Custom-made products are made to order and ship once they’re complete.
- Standard ($5.99): 2–3 business days once shipped. Expedited ($19.99): 1–2 business days.
- Free Economy shipping on orders of $300 or more.

- Return uninstalled hair within 15 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
- Hair must be in its original packaging, unprocessed, with the weft and length uncut.
- Email service@gonakedhair.com with your name, order number and reason before sending anything back.
- We don’t process exchanges — return the item for a refund and place a new order.
- Return shipping is free with Redo Package Protection; otherwise it’s paid by you. Original shipping isn’t refunded.
