- Orders placed before 12 PM ET, Monday–Friday, usually ship the same business day. Orders after 12 PM ET, on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
- Custom-made products are made to order and ship once they’re complete.
- Standard ($5.99): 2–3 business days once shipped. Expedited ($19.99): 1–2 business days.
- Free Economy shipping on orders of $300 or more.
- Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. P.O. boxes ship with Standard only.
- Add Redo Package Protection at checkout to cover packages lost in transit.

- Return uninstalled items within 15 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Email service@gonakedhair.com with your name, order number and reason before sending anything back.
- We don’t process exchanges — return the item for a refund and place a new order.
- Return shipping is free with Redo Package Protection; otherwise it’s paid by you. Original shipping isn’t refunded.
