- Sleep in a silk or satin bonnet or scarf to prevent tangling and frizz.
- Store it in a silk or satin bag between installs so you can wear it again.

- Return uninstalled hair within 15 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
- Hair must be in its original packaging, unprocessed, with the weft and length uncut.
- Email service@gonakedhair.com with your name, order number and reason before sending anything back.
- We don’t process exchanges — return the item for a refund and place a new order.
- Return shipping is free with Redo Package Protection; otherwise it’s paid by you. Original shipping isn’t refunded.
